Again from the latest shuffle, a clans category for the competitive players out there.

Along with the general guidelines, here's some specifics for the category.

Guidelines:
   • Recruitment and match requests/reports belong here
   • Questions directed to clans are to be posted on their relevant threads
   • 'Clan-seeking' players may also post here with a description of why they'd be a good choice for a clan (perhaps mention in-game name, servers you play on, previous clans and any other relevant experience)
   • Let people have their clans and organisation on the forums - don't intervene with 'clans are useless' posts
• No pretending to imitate an existing clan member in order to trick new users into thinking they have been initiated.

Useless or severely mocking posts will be moderated.

Hey all. :D

So something happened to me just about a half hour ago... :( I was just playing on that new Cougar map in a server, and this guy called MechaTrickster comes along. I was right behind him and headshotted him 3 times, but none of them worked because of lag. So he turns around and headshots me easily, and I start saying things like "Wow, that was kinda unfair!" Then he started trolling me and saying bad and untrue things about me. The whole time I was defending myself with the help of a few teammates, he kept trying to kick me too. Luckily, we were all smart and he got himself kicked in the process. So basically, he's holding a grudge on me from now and into the future.

Then I decided to move to a Pinpoint server later. Everything was okay for a bit, but then MechaTrickster came again. For about 30 minutes he tried to troll, lie about, and kick me, using a bunch of mean and awful tricks to try and kick me. I kept showing and explaining to everybody that I wasn't doing anything that MechaTrickster was trying to kick me for (most included somewhat crude words I wouldn't like to say...) Luckily a few truthful people knew that he was kicking me falsely, and I was okay.

Here's what happened though:

A server Admin, [ORS]Mariokilleru came in and logged in as an Admin. I tried to explain to him/her all of what MechaTrickster had done, but he was lying to Mariokilleru and trying to tell him that I was doing all of those things that he accused me of earlier when I hadn't done any of it. Every time I tried to tell Mariokilleru about what had happened, MechaTrickster had lied to try to get Mariokilleru to believe him instead. For example, when I explained that it had been going on for 30 minutes, MechaTrickster lied and said he had only been on for 5 minutes when he was actually on for 6 times that time.

Here's what happened basically after that:

I lagged out and disconnected after that, so I rejoined the server. When I came back to see if Mariokilleru followed through for me, he did in the end and kicked MechaTrickster (I think so at least). But what Mariokilleru said to me:

"Trolls don't go unprovoked."

And he kicked me too.

Basically I've just been passing the time writing this... XD But anyways, that's not the point. The point is that this is just one example of how people who grief, troll, and lie aren't dealt with well enough. Honestly, I'm suprised nobody else tried to help me kick him. But of anything, I think that if we had better Admins who could do their job better (Mariokilleru isn't a bad Admin I'm saying, but I mean he didn't let me explain the whole story to him... :( ). If we had a better "community" of people who would watch and protect good players from the bad ones, it would be a lot better. Does anyone agree with me?

in an earlier request i asked if if you could add admins to the game i decided to make another post to explain that a little more

I just want to have admins to help out because on a lot of servers i have seen they are completely unmoderated and get greifed or trolls start being mean to people and nobody can hardly do anything but votekick and sometimes the server will get so full of greifers and trolls it takes up so much of percent of the server that people can't even use votekick. admins should be able to ban, kick, tempban, mute, warn and disable someone's ability to build and destroy blocks.

This is one of the things i would really like added to the game.
