1. Do you think there should be NPCs?

2. If there were NPCs, what tasks would you expect them to be able to perform?

This seems like an interesting idea to me. Hordes of melee only NPCs? Survive by building giant forts that zombies can slowly destroy? What do you guys think of this?
You think it would work and would be cool?
