<description><p>DICLAIMER:I made none of these. I do not claim credit to any of these mods. I simply bundeled them for conveinonce. Credit is given to every indvidual who made these. If your mod is featured, and for any reason you do not want it to be, simply post saying so and it's gone. I couldn't find everyone who made the mods. If you would like to claim a mod you made simply post and you will be credited. I tried to contact you all on these mods individual threads and got no response(many of the threads were months old which explains it).</p>
<p>This mod pack is the best from the community of Ace of Spades all bundled together so you don't have to scower the forums for it.</p>

TO INSTALL:1.Extract the zip file.</p>

<p>3.Go to the start menu,click all programs, click Ace of Spades. Right click on configuration.config and select open file loacation. Replace the same named files in the approprite sections(kv6, png, wav).</p>

<description><p>Okay so I was planning to start a server but I need a map for that. I would like to make my own personal map and not use the vanilla one. I read from another thread that to make map I could use something like paint or gimp and after that some bitmap converter. Then slab6 and voxed.. But as I can't find any bitmap converters that could convert other files to bitmap and not other way around I need: </p>
<p>1. A good bitmap converter and more information of way like this to make maps.<br />

2. Other way to make maps (I wish it was simple cuz I'm not very skillful voxed user).</p>
<p>Ps. I'm not gonna first make the server and then go there and change the whole server one block at time to change it from vanilla to custom.

<description><p>Ben, would it be at all possible to make some sort of editor-placable indestructable block?  I realize this would mean recoding the game AND the editor, which will be a huge pain the &#60;redacted&#62;, but ultimately I think it would really add to the gameplay.</p>
<p>As it is now, everything is destrucable.  That can be fun, but griefers can quickly ruin the whole thing by levelling entire buildings, mountains, fortresses, etc.</p>
<p>With Pyspades, all preexisting blocks can be made indestructable.  This protects structures somewhat better, but the cost in terms of fun is immense.  No tunnels, no dug-in bunkers, and no trenches makes for a run-of-the-mill shooter.  Alternatively, tunnels, bunkers, and trenches can be pre-built, in which case they're indestrucable and thus overpowered.</p>
<p>Imagine, however, that map creators could make building frames indestructable, and then add destruable walls.  This way, map creators could make maps where core mechanics remain unchanged throughout the server's runtime.  Mountains with a thick layer of dirt over impenetrable rock could put an end to the dreaded "levelled" maps.  Castles with solid rock walls, and skyscrapers with solid, ungriefable frames are just a few possibilities.</p>
<p>This could add a bit of realism to the game, since standard real-world entrenchment tools have their limits as well.  It may or may not be worth the trouble to implement, but I'm just throwing this idea out there for consideration.

<description><p>I've been playing this game for a little while, and I have some suggestions. Please, don't rage at me, they are just suggestions. I don't want to force anything on anyone, just see if anyone agrees. These are just my opinion.</p>
<p>Things the game DOES need:</p>
<p>-Map coordinates<br />
-Spinning, flashing, Intel icon (so you can actually see it after most of the map is covered by crap)<br />
-Esc Menu (Change Controls, Quit game, votekick)<br />
Ground under Medic Base Tent is invincible (Having it dug into a hole by greifers is annoying</p>
<p>Things the game DOESN'T need:</p>
<p>-Tanks<br />
-Sniper Rifles<br />
-SMGs or Assault Rifles<br />
Airplanes<br />
Smaller/more detailed blocks (cuz that would mean an engine change)</p>
<p>Things that MIGHT work:</p>
<p>-Landmines (Highly visible, and shoot-able to disarm)<br />
-Shotgun (7 pellets, 25 damage no matter where they hit, Human sized spread at about 1/3 of fog)<br />
-Pistol (though real WW1 soldiers didn't have them<br />
-Flamethrower (this one is iffy, but it would increase offensive abilities)<br />
-Artillery (I like this one but doubt it would be balanced no matter how you do it)<br />
-HMG (it would have to be deploy-able. Can't move it until you pack it up, low field of view. </p>
<p>This is an idea that I really like: 3 Classes</p>
<p>Solider: This is what we have now. A rifle, 2 grenades, 50 blocks, all that jazz. This one would stay the same.</p>
<p>Technician: This guy would be the "builder." He wouldn't get grenades, and he would be armed with a pistol (maybe). His main ability would be a second block type. It would be in the 5th inventory slot (were the grenades are). Placing this block would take away 5 blocks from your reserve. They would be light gray in color. They can only be destroyed by another technician (but would take 6 hits) and shovels won't affect them. The can also be destroyed by explosives. </p>
<p>Point Man: This would be the, well, the point man. He would get a shotgun. He would also get Dynamite instead of grenades. It can only be tossed one or two blocks, but blows up big after about 6 seconds. It would be useful for blowing a hole in Heavy Blocks made by Technicians.</p>
<p>This would add variety to a game that unfortunately is becoming stale fast. It would also let you make fortifications that aren't made of wet newspaper. To get by these walls you would either need to bring a Technician (with a crappy gun) or a Point man to break through. </p>

<description><p>First Melee weapon: Replace the spade (shovel) with a knife or different weapon and make  the pickaxe do what the shovel did with Right Click  </p>
<p>Second Day/Night: when the match starts it will be day then in a couple of like 20mins or so it will turn night time and once night time comes you recevice torchs so theres light</p>
<p>Third Classes:i heard alot about class and i kinda hearing what people are saying..we might want classes for more offesive people like ex:Solider would have Gun,Gernades,ammo pack  ex: Medic would have  Gun,gernads,medic pack and  jump higher or something like that post some spin-off... ANYWAYs  there are hundreds of combinations. O i almost forgot the time you select classes would be when you join the sever  and when change teams  UNless you can put in a menu than you can select in there or Even a HOTkey  which is a shortcut for the keyborad</p>

Heavy: Heavy Gun (M60, Pkm...) 4 Grenades, Not fast, 130 Life<br />
Assault: Assault Rifles (M16, Ak74, G36) Can Sprint, 110 Life<br />
Medic: Rifles (M1 Garand, M4) Can heal other Players, 100 Life<br />
Engeneer: Submaschineguns (PP2000, Mac10, Uzi) Starts with 100 Blocks, 100 Life<br />
Sniper: Sniper (SVD, Springfield) Can Scope (Zoom) 90 Life<br />
And of course:<br />
Stairs how can place and you can walk over it and you dont must jump!<br />
Glass you can look trough but Guns can not shoot trough

<description><p>As you guys probably know, a recent update (I forget which one :P) made it so refilling your block supply was limited when going back to your team's tent/base. From what I've seen, your block supply will only refill after you have killed an enemy. So, once you kill a dude, you can go back to your tent/base and get 50 blocks. But only once per kill.</p>
<p>What do you guys think of this? Should it be changed back to how it was when you could just keep on refilling?
