Full Visibility Rifle Crosshair Sight

I designed rifle crosshairs so that target acquisition and placement would be quickest and easiest. The eyes are naturally drawn to the center aimpoint. It's clean, it's simple, and it works.

Subtle transparency/shading effects; note the visible 'invisible' crosshair intersection for subliminal accuracy. Also the scope edges are lightly grayed, making it marginally easier to through fog (by reducing brightness / increasing contrast).

I need dot crosshairs but have no clue how to make them.

How can I make some? Are there limitations on how big the crosshairs can be? (Zoomed and unzoomed)
