You can balance it yourself by hopping to team with less players too :)

should be a delay on when you switch teams or join a team.. but a auto balance would help.

What if you got disconnected? Then you would have to wait 5 minutes just to reconnect to that server.

Depends when you join. Most of the time it is even.

Every game I end up playing ends up with green team-stacking and everyone on blue quitting or just moving to green

To prevent abuse whoever leaves a server could just be made to wait 5 mins or so before being allowed to connect again
