I want something very flashy to replace the green team skin, so I can notice them and shoot them out better in game please.

Why is the blue team so good? I always picking green but we just can never seem to stand a chance against the blue. Wave after wave after wave of soldiers storm us, slaughter us, and steal our intelligence. Are they overpowered? What can be done to balance the green team with the blue team?
