now the antivirus allows that page but i cant get in aos it shows the same couldnt get IP :@@@

Add it as an exception. It should be fairly simple, but I don't see why it would block the site to begin with. Granted I've never used Panda. Just do a quick Google search for adding exceptions to Panda.

Either http://www.whatismyip.com is temporarily inaccessable or your ISP is blocking it is my guess.

Check your firewall settings, it could be the fact that the server is trying to ping you for your ip address, but you're refusing requests.

Whenever I try join a server I manage to get to the black screen where I see the loading progress. However just as the bar is filled a pop-up appears that says "Can't get IP Address." This has happened to all servers I have tried to join. This is only a recent development as I was able to join many servers before the latest update.
