Here's a recreation (took about an hour) using clues from the screenshots (5 voxel height difference for the varying colored levels) and the Bitmap Converter, of course:

It was fun, but I didn't really care for the high areas behind the spawns (the white/grey areas alogn the edges.) It just invited spawn camping (and we saw plenty).

Also since the lowest level is high enough to allow tunnelling under, I think it played a little more boring --that's a tough call, it can be fun to people the opportunity to tunnel, but it may just degenerate into tunnelling and make the top-level stuff irrelevant. (Think about how on the default maps green is semi-resistent to tunnelling, but blue isn't at all.)

A maze. Made from steel. Hammered out in about 4 hours with PaintShop Pro and the bitmap converter. Not much in the way of complex architecture so there's plenty of space to utilize your bridge building and tunneling skills.

I'm not done with it yet, so any suggestions for design or texturing are welcome.
