<p>The work-in-progress aspect comes from the lack of low-gravity settings in this game and the fact that there is fog on the Moon. Removing the fog and maybe having a skybox and low-gravity would make this map pretty hilarious. At this point it's a nightmare to chat in... It'd be great if we could make some sort of AstroDeuce or Space Marine for it. I thought for a while about making the lunar lander into a KV6 to replace the tent/CP. Not sure what to change the intel into... any thoughts?</p>
<p>I primarily did this as a test of a heightmap creation technique using gaussian blur on the original image. You can take a look at the basic map and heightmap here if you're curious. <a href="http://imgur.com/a/r2QMG" rel="nofollow">http://imgur.com/a/r2QMG</a></p>
