Just looked at it ingame, it actually doesn't look that bad, lol.

At least it's more creative than what I did. I just changed the suitcase from brown to black. Now, whenever you go to cap the intel, you're greeted with a smile.

Useful for catching intel stealing bastards in the fog.

I don't think you brightened the colors, I'm guessing changing the palette *reassigned* all your colors. You might be able to auto-convert but you'll probably just have to repaint everything manually.

For example, the coordinates on your palette that used to be skin-tone is now grey. Therefore, your guy's skin turned grey.

Hmmm, I've never converted the pallete in such a manner to get this result, I just create mine manually by editing the squares I want... interesting result though, he looks undead lol

For the future, I suggest just making your own colors to avoid this.

To fix it, if it needs fixing, just reinstall I suppose =/

No. If I open a new model, it'll have the default palette. I was just wondering if this was supposed to happen when I change to the tracer palette.

You mean when you open all the other player model kv6 files, they've all had their palette changed too?

I was messing around in Slab6 and read somewhere that by going to
Tools/Replace Palette/tracer.kv6, one could replace the default color palette with one that had less bland colors. I did that but this is what happened.

For example, the playerdead model goes from this:

All the other models also go through changes when I do this. Is that supposed to happen, or is there something terribly, terribly wrong?
