The heightmap comes from TV "noise" via bildramer's bitmap converters. Ironically, the colors come from his converter's unintended use: using a PNG instead of a bitmap.

If you're a tunneler, you will fall in love with this map (this also goes for TK'ers, unfortunately). However, I wouldn't be afraid to take on the challenge of both your own team and the enemy. ;)
