Haha nice idea, I definitely appreciate the input. Though there are ways up from the bottom that involve a little digging - so it's like if you took the typical horizontal gameplay and made it vertical instead

I really like the idea of this map, but I have a suggestion.

Perhaps edit it so there are more than one "skytrench"? Just one trench would make this another pinpoint, with absolutely no way to get the intel without a full-on assault. Other skytrenches would help somebody sneak around and get the intel, but only if the opposing team were careless enough to let them.

If you don't like my suggestion, It's fine, I understand You made this map, not Me.

Hi there, I'm just posting my latest map creation spawned from boredom and a desire to grief without being criticized... anyway it's basically a nice linear map set really high and meant to be griefed, or not! Up to YOU!

its been like a month since .54 has came out. I think 1 update every two weeks would be great, and defiantly some insight a couple days before to let us know whats goin to happen.

Both.
Something like what twisted said, small and then large. Basically kind of like just works on small, but at the same time, each little small works with a large, and it will all add up. Think how Notch adds items that aren't used currently in the game but will eventually.

I prefer smaller updates - or at least regular drips of information of what development has been ongoing for the next release (kind of like what Toady One does at Bay12). Both of the above would be very nice indeed.

It makes the userbase feel the game is progressing, rather than going a weeks without a word from Mr. Aksoy.

Exactly what it says on the tin- do you generally prefer smaller, more frequent updates to the game, or do you prefer to wait longer for bigger updates?

For me I'll probably prefer longer waits for bigger updates until a self-installer is added, but for widely criticised aspects, such as the infamous rifle/smg cones, I think a quick fix is vital to keep the playerbase numbers consistent. Just let it ride for a few days to make absolutely sure that the claims of something making gameplay worse are sound, and then change it ASAP.
