Personally I think it may be a little too open, but know that players will build a bunch of random shit in it I think it looks great. Nice Job!

Okay, so here's the new & final version of my spider pit map which I have entitled Black Widow! I added a second web level and a whole bunch of support for it... I am pretty sure I got rid of most floating blocks on the web but it's hard to be sure... next time I am more careful creating the models in Slab6 before I import them into Voxed. As for griefing issues, if you really don't want people to grief the spider or her web then use the Pyspades server and you can use the /protect function on grid coords D4,E4,D5 and E5 and be amused as deuces get all frustrated. That along with an end-of-round rollback makes it a pretty tolerable map. On another note, if you feel the need to tell me each and every time I make something that such and such is griefable and blah blah blah... really, save your breath. I know!

You can probably cut down on griefing by making the webs have some random strands going between layers, and adding some other "clutter" strands so that some of the strands are hard to get at and destroy. Keep most of the strands flat so that the middle area of the map is still usable, but add some random stuff to provide additional support.

Here's a slightly more developed version of the spider pit map... still working on anti-griefing the web, but with pyspades rollback on it can be quite spectacular watching the spider being re-built!

A map I was tooling around with online with. Users of VOXlap EDitor will recognize the default map... only this time it's been taken up as a nest by a bunch of venomous black spiders! It's not really finished but I thought I'd throw it out there for the griefers. Go nuts, guys! Come and get it.
