How do i change it my username ses duese in game.

I keep hearing to go to the Config.ini file, and change the name from Deuce, to something that you want...

But when I try to save it, it asks if I want to replace the file. I click yes, and then is says Access is Denied.

EDIT: When I delete the Config.ini file, and try to save a new one, it tells me that I do not have the permission to save in this file. I am the only account (System Admin) on this computer. What is wrong??

Please help?
