I was votekicked because I was destroying a giant flag that was laying on the ground in the ORS server.
I don't know what it is with reddit and making stupid fucking flags, but they sure don't like when you destroy them. I was kicked for "griefing faggot".

This is only the millionth thread about getting kicked for no reason.

lol I just got votekicked earlier, I didn't grief or anything but here's what happened (very weird):

I was on the blue team and someone on my team created a squad and I joined it but the thing is that if you're in a squad and you die, i think you respawn where the squad leader is alive at. What happened was that for some reason, I kept spawning in the EXACT same place (near the greens base), I dont know why but this shouldn't of happened (maybe its a bug or was because the squad leader disconected in the place I was respawning in). The advantage of this was that I managed to get SO MANY kills in a short period of time but the disadvantage was that the greens found out where I was spawning so they kept 'spawnkilling' me.

Although this bug was helping at first, the greens were getting angry (they thought i was hacking and stuff) and made two attemps to votekick me, finally votekicking me the third attemp.

I think vanilla needs to implement a reason into the command like pyspades. And pyspades needs an option to make a reason mandatory. When I see someone votekicking someone for "no reason" I just don't vote.

I get votekicked a hilarious amount of times on Juustelli's Double Hallway server.
Also, you didn't get votekicked in your story in the first post...

I think the vote ratio needed to kick is different on pyspades servers than vanilla, which is a shame. I think vanilla has a good requirement, but the system doesn't work as well as pyspades in terms of notification. The only time I can get a griefer kicked on a vanilla server is if everyone votes yes right away. Otherwise people just miss the vote =/

I have seen that kind of votekicks a lot, people just writes "He's a JEW or NIGGER"...

I've been up for votekick several times because I've killed someone a few times, yet I've only had the vote pass once on Mat^2's Bridge Wars server.

The icing on the cake was the reason he gave was "Jew" and people still voted for it.

ORS is hilarious with its bogus votekicks. I saw one guy get votekicked for "Being a darky in a whites only server." I can't imagine the buttfrustration he must have felt.

I get votekicked in Aohla or Minit for one of these reasons:
I'm in HK, people are retarded and kick me for that.
Every player in the other team is shit so im pwning them so badly and there annoyed that im so good.

I've had it a few times, it tends to be when you're near a griever or trying to stop them and you get blamed. I had one earlier today, basically a griever destroyed a large set of stairs, everyone blamed me, I rebuilt them, I said that and it would be pointless for me to rebuild something I've just destroyed and one of the guys told me to shut up. Later, it turned out someone kept on destroying the bridges and everyone saw one of them being taken down. I saw him destroy several of the ones I made.

You probably deserved it.

I remembered it happened to me once on Goon Haven; the base I was hiding in had been griefed and everyone thought I did it, so the griefer decided to take this chance to votekick me and sure enough it got passed. I gotta say I surely love griefers.

Ok so im playing on ORS Pinpoint we were having a good time I was a leader of a four-man squad then this fucktard showed up named DELTA89 I think but anyways back to the point, I made a great defense so greens could snipe the asses of blues, and now guess what he made it a staircase, and started saying you don't know how to play strategy games. Well I said who make a staircase out of my defense line that was useful until a bunch of blues invaded it becuase he made it into a staircase. Well anyways ya that's my story it's not really a complaint, but more of a question for you. Don't you hate when you get votekicked for no reason?
