Bug reports go in the "Support" forum. This bug has been reported before, please search next time before posting. And currently, no, there is no way to create a sticky.

I discovered a minimap bug -- the minimap doesn't appear to "update" itself with changes in the terrain, even after you move out of the minimap's view of said terrain and come back (in the same lifetime, anyway).
