Just checked again this morning and all is working! I left the server running all night after the problems so not sure what happened. Also, no new software or changes. I noticed it does an HTTP check to find out what your IP address is. Could the place it checks for requests have been unavailable last night? What service does it check to find your address?

I have only recently been getting this error with Win7. It eventually works if you retry enough times.

WINE has been known to give that error.

Any new software you installed since it last worked?
Change any settings?

btw, I am running this in wine on an ubuntu 10.04 64 bit server. Everything worked awesome till tonight.

Just went to reboot my server (prestige) and got this when I restarted the game:

every time I press return it kicks me back to cmd line. I re-try and same result. Any ideas?
