Pvt, that was probably the best top 5 list I have seen so far. Specifically 1 and 4.

Good job.

1. Remove the cone for both weapons.
2. Don't make the shotgun realistic. Getting sniped with a shotgun is not fun.
3. Limit the size of weapon mods to a length size of 2 ingame blocks. Not voxels.
4. Remove server side hit detection.
5. No ingame voice chat. My ears are already bleeding from the thought of that.

I agree with your "bonus" point. Also, the current map size would be perfectly fine for 64 players. Even in a full 16 vs 16 match, the majority of the map is never used.

1. Registration, and system where if you don't get banned more than once or twice for a long period of time, you have some admin rights. (your vote counts as 4 votes, or something)
2. killstreaks, one of them being a spy plane that shows enemies on map
3. More game modes, preferably something like CoD's Domination game mode.

5. an optional bigger map size, for a 64 player game.

1.)A proper machine gun.

2.)Medical supplies and ammo packs.

3.)Artillery (not that airstrike stuff, actual artillery emplacements that can be manually aimed.)

4.)No server-side hit verification + the old coding of 0.52 (even on pyspades servers, there are still traces of the server-side junk; it's built into the coding and I want it gone.)

5.)At least a 64 player maximum.
