Make backup of your AoS folder and reinstall game. Then put all edited files back (except semi.png) and it should work.

I am getting this as well. i had problems with resolution or something where the ghost ring on the iron sight stretched out across the screen. i thought i should go into gimp and take it out. didn't download new ironsights, i just erased the ghost ring. after realizing that i flattened the image which does not preserve transparency i found that my screen was flashing rapidly. i assumed this was the game not knowing what to do with the lack of transparency. after reinstalling the png looked like the original however when i opened it up in gimp it was my edited one. once i made sure that it was the original, i tried playing and my screen is still flashing.
i also have trouble moving.

Yeah, I tried reskinning my ironsights to much more classy, simple plain ironsights that actually look like AoE semi, but it didn't work because of that anticheat bullcrap.

You cant change the iron sights because it's checksummed to stop people getting unfair advanteges by making better ironsights.

yea i've had problems with the ironsights
in .26 it wouldnt let me in a server even if the original ironsights were there
and now in .29 it just shakes my screen even if i reinstall everything and delete EVERYTHING

anyone got a fresh version of the original ironsights they could give me or anything?

I've heard from others that changing cosmetic game files can have that effect, try a fresh install of AoS.
Hopefully it's fixed later

I believe this is an anti-cheat measure, if your screen spins.

everytime i join a server after updating to .26, the HUD was shaking regardless of what team im on. always shaking, i've tryed changing servers, changing teams, reinstalling.
