Again, bullpup wouldn't really work. Even if there was enough space, the position of the players arms would block out the entire back end

Bullpup can indeed work, as I have shown with my SA80 mod. If you edit the pivots in Slab6, you can make it look like it's being held as correctly as AoS will allow.

I could make a VSS, but the SVU-A won't work. There are only ~9 units of space between the hands and shoulder on characters holding weapons. Bullpups wont work since there isn't enough room between the two.
