The forums support stickies.. I've seen Lexsym use one before..

And haha you linked to my draft :P really that's something that'd be good to discuss with Ben maybe.. I've had #AoS.debate setup with a speaking/discussion system up for a while now, being used for talks about the forums..

For anybody here wanting to discuss about the draft linked to above, or about forums in general, just go here: [webirc link]
Fill in the username box, and then put in channels "#AoS.debate" and press join.
This will take you to the debate channel.
You will be unable to talk until an operator gives you a 'voice'. This is just to control the flow of debate if there are many issues going around.

The main channel is called #AoS, so once inside the channel you can type "/join #AoS" and it will take you there too.
