Just make it yourself. It takes 15 seconds to download SLAB6, and like 10 minutes to make that skin.

Its not hard at all, just sticking blocks together ;-)

That looks like a mossberg 500,

and maybe make it an Over under (basicly a Double barrel shotgun but on its side)
