I'd guess the Noire is thinking of the MG3. It looks almost exactly the same as the MG42 though, and some quick google-fu shows that the difference are pretty insignificant, such as a lower rate of fire and smaller caliber on the MG3.

What? The mg42 wasn't in bad co 2, it was in BF 1942.

I remember using this in badco 2, i ended up switching right back to the Mg36 while all the other fags ended up using the m60.
