Something like this would not be done this early in development (we've only just reached the 0.5x versions). You'll be waiting awhile before anything like this were to be implemented.

now i know i may b a little early but i would like a server side admin mod that could have map voting admin management tools an server editing tools. As an example if you know what Nexgen server tool is then like that...
