My desktop has little pieces of dirt on it and it can get shaky. But as soon as I move the mouse it stops. Sometimes even the cursor runs wildly over the screen and stops after a second, so yes I've had it.

While playing i had a weird problem: my cursor started to shake. No special action triggered it, it just started, and after a minute, stopped. Then it started shaking again after a while, and stopped in the same manner.
I'm wondering if anyone else had it, and it's a glitch, or it's just my mouse is starting to break down.

(My mouse never did something like this so far, it moves smoothly everywhere else)
