I browsed through a lot of the weapon mods and I noticed that none of them seemed to have any effect on the firing rate, reload time, etc. Most of them seem to only be able to edit the skin, sound, and that's it. Is there any way to some how change the other features? I would love to attempt to make a RPG/Portable artillery/grenades/mines/etc.
