in my computer i have the c drive bit but anything past that i dont i have the aces of spade download but no \System32\drivers\etc bit please help

im in australia, im scared to do all this computer stuff. Cant the developers just add a fix to this, im just a kid i know a lot about computers but my parents wouldent let me screw around with the host files. please add a fix in version .52

Yup in the UK it got me, but the coding stuff mentioned up there ^ ?!!?!? fixed it perfectly :)

It seems to only be affecting people not in Canada/US?

I've only had this problem once, which was fixed by the 0.50 update.

Looks like some DNS changes are taking a while to propagate through the world. I've currently removed any reliance on 3rd party websites but the changes affect everything from the client to the gameserver to the master server so I need to test it out more.

Are you guys in Australia still having problems?

well, then you don't have control over you computer.. -.-'

go to C:\Windows
right-kick notepad.exe
open as administrator
open hosts file via notepad

hope that helps
or you can google "edit hosts file"
