When ever that happens, either throw a grenade at the ground, or just switch teams by pressing b or g. Eventually you will spawn without doing that. :)

I think it has to do with the server, with some it happens a lot, others it never happens.

This happens to me when I get stuck in blocks. Maybe you spawned in a block?

When ever i try to play the game, I move the mouse and whatever happened in that frame stays there. How can i fix this?!?!
