trying to play but i cant , same problem , firewall off, intenet explorer , 32 bits , no antivirus , game updated and reinstalled al teals 13 times , just dont work

Every time I click to play on a server, the bar appears and then starts to download. But it becomes stuck right away, no activity on my modem or any sign if it's even downloading! Help!
