If I read that correctly you want to know how to share a file containing something inside that may or may not be used as skins, mods, or hats, correct?

You can't upload them directly to ace of spades, only file hosting sites(mediafire, rapidSHIT, etc), or if you're a fucking asshole you make the file a torrent and enjoy nobody seeding.
