Slab6, There are tutorials on youtube, inb4 that guy comes in and says paint.net.
Paint.net CAN be used to make the IRON SIGHTS not the gun model. However, you should only download it if you already have .net framework on your computer. I recommend gimp or photoshop for making Iron Sights.
