Okay, some one has to say this, so it might as well be me. If you ignore griefing and vote kicks you are just as bad as the griefers themselves. It is like about every genocide that has ever happened. We didn't kill them, but we sure as hell let them die.
So the moral of this story is if you ignore griefing and don't votekick retards then you are no better if not worse than griefers.
