On a regular server, just type /votekick <number>
<number> being the number that shows up to the left of the person's name on the score menu.

On pyspades, /votekick <playername> to start a votekick.

Can any client, regardless if they have admin or not, start a votekick? I've been on servers that have the votekick thing and I don't know how to use it. I don't know how one's started and I don't know how to vote when a votekick is active. Help me out here?
