<description><p>I am thinking this is less possible.<br />
        unless:<br />
Set a shortcut to each server you want (hoping the address won't change)<br />
Steam reconizes the client running when this is clicked through the app link.</p>
<p>Otherwise you will be better off using Xfire which reads the process list specifically and can be modified to read what ever you want how ever you want it read.
