I traced it over a bit and added more to his shoulders, it looks wrong. The thing is that he's homeless, so of course he's gonna be all slumped over and such. I've never seen a homeless guy with nice posture and defined shoulders.

I know what you mean, I only draw in my spare time. It would be incredible if I could draw as good as those guys at studio 4C!

I'm going to look more into proportions in a bit, I'm a pretty quick learner when it comes to drawing so maybe I'll have a better one up in a few days.

What you are missing is couple of years of practice. I bet youve heard people say oh its just natural for me, im talented like that, just sitting here doing my magic and wizardry, u jelly u mirin? And than you are. Fact is, those people never dropped a pencil from the age of 12 or earlier...

Also, every stylization is based on reality. Saying "im not going for realistic" is a common mistake. One i made and still struggling to make up for lost time.

It depends on what you are trying to achieve, and what style you want to draw in, etc...
Right now, your guy is disproportionate, he has no shoulders, his neck is too large, his legs are too short, his hips are too high and his limbs are too thin. Also, that chin.
