<description><p>Interesting how it's a propaganda film where it sort of looks like the 'good guys' (i.e. the Korean main characters) are getting overwhelmed. Like Sasquatch said, it's basically the same thing everyone else has done at one point or other, but with the added bonus that kids can use it to do better at maths (???)</p>
<p>I love it whenever something like <a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WYS0rvHlOes">The Cockpit</a> comes out and is instantly branded as propaganda because -shock horror- westerners are the enemy! How dare they not have themselves as the faceless nameless enemies that the West is used to seeing them as!</p>
<p>Honestly, Letters from Iwo Jima would have probably been labelled by some people as propaganda too had it not been directed by an American.

<description><p>Not that different from our own cartoons really. That was interesting. I think we take a lot for granted how much propaganda is (was) in our cartoons. I think we just don't notice it because we grew up with it, but war and even domestic stereotypes used to be all over shows like Bugs Bunny or Tom and Jerry. The good guys were always the US and the bad guys always had some kind of German or Japanese superimposition about them.</p>
