I like this idea, but it shouldn't be a team. This should describe everybody who plays AoS. Unfortunately that will never ever happen. If I see you in a game I'll help out though.

builder team: We do the same thing the griefer team does, only we build instead of destroy. We're kinda Ghandi-ish, except we kill griefers when convenient and make sure to maintain major structures. they destroy, we create, 'tis godlike :) Things we don't do: get angry and use time to grief or get revenge. Not productive. Votekick/Ban away (HELL YEA!) but don't go 5 minutes out of your way to kill and provoke a dude that is just going to keep doing what he is like any other smooth-brain. Build another structure, beef up an old one, keep shit organized... that's our objective. Passive resistance!
