Its an affect from the game engine. Not a bug or glitch

I hope it doesn't sound like I'm making a big deal out of it, but I noticed that if you're on top of a building and you're on a ledge overlooking the streets or whatever it is, and you look down at the block, the camera shakes. Just thought I'd let you know.
