yes its hard to see the world with but someone should post some tank like ironsights (im starting this myself).

Just tried it. Pretty good except kinda hard to navigate and hard to tell who the enemy is. But its still really cool!

I made the title say Perfected because i just wanted it to sound cool its not perfected but i think i did a pretty gud job. i also think i may actually be the first to do this sort of thing (correct me if im wrong) because ive never seen this sort of thing on the forums.

The updated pack also includes some WAV sounds to make it more like a tank

Borderline-genius concept... but with the tracer/rocket firing at a 90 degree angle it's more along the lines of idiot-savant. Fix this.

This mod was compleatly made by me coz i don`t ever hack.
It took me 2 weeks (including testing,school and messing up sometimes)
but it is finally released and i hope evryone likes it.
when you try this could you please give some feedback.

I have to go to school but when i get back ill update the pack with sounds and all that. the new pack will have the same link (up the top of page) but it will have the new tracer.
tank firing sounds and movement

I have been testing the firing sounds and walking sounds and i had sum pretty good ones but i forgot to put tthem in a file and they were deleted when 0.54 came out...
I will work on the tracer and upload the new pack soon

Wow...that definitely took some time. (If you've really done this by yourself and not with some sort of minecraft2aos-converter.)
Will try it out soon.

Lol, that looks kinda nice ingame. And it's a nice approach to change the weaponskin instead of the playerskin to make it look like your inside a tank. It's also nice that the tank is so detailed inside so with changing lightconditions it looks awesome.

There's also one bug: The "tracer.kv6" points in the wrong direction. You have to rotate it by 90°.

Would be cool if you could complete the mod. Meaning:
- Add a "semi.png" and a "target.png".
- Add some shooting and walking sounds which fit to the tank.

but you cant ride it....or can you?

I have finally completed the tank and after 2 weeks of testing i think ive done a really great job. I am 12 years old but thats no reason to not try it trust me its pretty awsome.
