<description><p>Firstly, the point of the game is to capture intel, so it should go 15 consecutive capturing of the intel in one life. That is just about as reasonable as what you had, because I have NEVER seen anyone get 15 consecutive kills, 3-4 yes, but eventually someone will spot you before you spot them and you die. </p>
<p>A better way for mountable machine guns is for them to be mountable as you said, but less accurate and deal the same damage. You can get killed from any angle. It takes five seconds to deploy/dismantle, it can be destroyed with 3 bullets. Machine guns are supplied by your tent for free, but your stray bullets reveal your location like a sore thumb. To prevent just spamming everywhere there is a limited bullet count that you would have to resupply(has equal bullet distribution of the rifle). The gun also has a chance to jam(you have to keep reloading until it fires). </p>
<p>This way you can have a machine gun and it is not let you kill 50 men in one life.

<description><p>i like the ideas, but it wouldent really keep the game simple. hobo man445 has got a good idea. like pistols, and other simple guns. as i said, i like the ideas, but maby in another game. :)<br />

<description><p>No for both ideas. The machine gun would just ruin the game and make it more like a cheap FPS.</p>
<p>As for stone blocks,  "found only underground, you do not start out with any (so its limited)" this would make this game even more like minecraft with guns. Just no.</p>

<description><p>I agree with everything you're saying. There is a lot of potential to improve, but also a lot of potential to fuck up this game...</p>
<p>However I have to disagree with your statement on weapons. Though I disapprove snipers, I think mountable machine guns would add good gameplay elements to the game.</p>
<p>First off it would be more of a defensive weapon, unusable while undeployed, but establishes a solid defence. It should be the other teams mission to take out these things, and from that they should be somewhat rare because of their power.</p>
<p>attributes:</p>
<p>&#62;must be mounted on a 1-2 block high ledge</p>
<p>&#62;user cant be headshotted from the front- must be shot from flanks to kill (hence the use of structures in order to maximize potential)<br />
&#62;5 seconds to deploy/dismantle</p>
<p>&#62;A player will have an mg waiting for them at the resupply as soon as they reach 15 consecutive kills in one life (putting the objective of the game more towards killing the actual enemy team rather than building)</p>
<p>With all this being said I do agree with you're aim towards keeping the game simple, but at this point there needs to be a little variety in this game to keep people interested.</p>
<p>Another suggestion I have that would go great with mg as a defensive tool, stone.</p>
