You probably shouldnt have posted those here, they are already full as they are. Its going to get a lot of people who want to join. Even the hackers and griefers. BTw the FP server has a whitelist so it kicks people who arent on the list every minute

All you need to do is download 0.35 from http://ace-spades.com/?page_id=5 and type copy the url.
you only need to download the nomaster server fix if u want to host a server.

@paroxysm did you forward port 32887 UDP and run the server first? Try IE9 perhaps.

It didnt work for you? When I used it, it worked perfectly fine. Was in a room all by myself. Lonely lols. I couldnt connect others in. I was told to port forward it, but I can't atm because I dont know the password. Check out the IRC posted in that website. They will probably answer most of your questions.

You can connect to yourself by using aos://16777343, the only thing is that we need to find a way to connect others in by using the # in your server.exe

He isn't lying. I downloaded the NoMaster patch and it works perfectly, I just don't seem to be able to connect to myself.

Someone should confirm if what Buffet posted works or not. I tried it but i made it to the point where it says full or misconfig and where I can make a server for only myself. But I never made a server where everyone can join before so I can't really confirm if it works or not.

Server fix patch for AoS 0.35 has been created by some fine fellows. I have no idea if this is permissible on the forum but I am going to post a link anyways. http://mango12.com/viewtopic.php?f=19&t=12425

You have to register to snag it. I'd post a public download of it but the creator has asked people not to and so I respect that. This will patch the server.exe so it doesn't need to query the master server. You can then use aos://######### links to join the game. Hopefully this will keep people happy for the weekend.
