Looks normal to me. Try hitting the links at the top to change what the site looks like.
Or are you talking about that line over to the right? That isn't on mine, so it's probably something wrong on your end.

Is this my own browser being retarded about some new formatting, or is it really like this?

Well, we have the youtube community channel. I forget who runs it.
Also, just so you guys know, I don't want any gore or porn outside of /b/ (once we get sections). I want to try keeping the site as SFW as possible.

This isn't 4chan 2.0. Once we get sections, it'll be nice for the modding community to post scopes and screenshots of their mods, instead of having to upload them to a file host. It'll really streamline the process for everyone.
