I agree, there should be a kill-log in the right top corner: ''Deuce12 killed Deuce0''
Another possibility is to add them into chat, as a red message: .'MonsteriOnLaptop have been killed by TGM''.

I agree with the killed by messages. Headshot messages, I don't really care one way or another.

Please make 'killed by' messages to show up for everyone, it will be easier to remember players and determine cheaters. Also headshot message will be awesome.
