Step 1: go to http://www.portforward.com, follow the instructions for your specific router model and forward the UDP port 32887.
Step 2: Run the server.exe
Step 3: Your done.

Heres how to calculate maximum slots from bandwidth
Run a bandwidth test at http://www.speedtest.net
Multiply your Mbps upload speed by 1000 then divide that by 80
Round the answer down to determine your max slots
For example, if your connection has a 5 Mbps upload speed, then:
5 * 1000 = 5000
5000 / 80 = 62.5 = ~60 max slots (Remeber the server only supports 32 max slots, so dont try anything above 32)
