I like Random maps, perhaps a diffrent "themes" like a Low-hill plain or an island layden ocean to keep interest?

Custom maps are customizable.
Random maps are random.

I love the old maps and stick to servers with those because they offer variety and challenge. You have to adapt and change tactics with an old map whereas with a new one there are often pieces of terrain there specifically for cover etc.

I played gen map few days ago and it was fun while it lasted. Killed some Green rats in the tunnels few times but they still wanted my death.

I don't mind an ungriefed gen..
I think we need more balanced, but not symmetrical custom maps. Something with a bit more interest, and keeps the charm of the different sides.

its because random generated maps are more often than not an entirely different experience.

idk about you guys but i hopped in a server that was on a original gen map and had alot more fun then i did on my favorite custom map...what do you guys think?
