can u make zombie arms?

REQ for a couple of sights.
I want a smaller ACOG for my ACR. It should not take up the entire screen, only a small area in the center.
For my shotty, I would like something where the center area (Albeit not too big) is actualy just a circle with a 2x2 red center. With the same scope size as the ACR. The actual lines that come with a scope (the crosshair thing) end at the circle.

I mean like, an a scope that is more focused in the middle, but you can still see most of the outside. Not as big as the good old sniping scopes, but not too small.

Mr. persanal - Apart from the fact it looks shit, I can't do it as I can't see the full thing. Find a picture, otherwise, Just add a 5 voxel long scope to the normal rifle, Puke on it and you've probably got the same outcome.
