He could just do the testing with his own client and separate priv server so..

The servers will affect the game updates witch is the client,
as soon as they fix the errors they will be able to get the servers ip back on the list,

On the other hand,

I do suggesting a one player non online game mode,
Like fighting against a computer and some challenges :)

Yes, it's his game. But why wouldn't he let us play? All we did was play, but now we have nothing better to do then just sit and wait.
