Since StackOverflow made me aware of http://aos.nateshoffner.com/blacklist/ , I've implemented global bans in pyspades trunk which uses the list from that site, updated every 5 minutes.

Currently, it's enabled by default, and I was wondering what you guys think about that. Do remember that it's a simple switch in the configuration file, so people can turn it off if they want to.
