And look dude, i dont exactly support everything DE does okay? He doesnt say the smartest things all the time, and i dont agree with how he handles some issues. But still, i atleast would appreciate it if you would back off a little bit, you know what i mean too. Your not being super offensive or anything, its just how you act in game. I dont have a real problem with any of you guys its just aos drama that is un-needed.

192 is the standart used for LAN, not for WWW.

Its the public IP 173, which means if you hacnt changed or reset your IP manualy or used pr0xy's etc, thats what it is.
