Remove it from the AoS folder and place it on your desktop. Make the necessary changes, then save. Next, place it back into the AoS folder where you got it. Fixed. :)

Thanks, but now it won't let me resave the config file. says access denied

As AntiMatter said, you need to edit the config file, but I'd just like to make you aware that your forum account and your in-game account are not linked at this moment in time. Therefore, in-game names mean nothing until a form of registration is in place.

You have to edit your name in your config.ini in your AoS folder (Usually C:\Program Files\Ace of Spades\). It's Deuce by default.

How come I can log into the forums but im still a deuce in the game?
